The High-Low Tech group, a research group at the MIT Media Lab, is seeking a part time graphic designer to assist in the development of print and web projects including designing layouts for DIY books and maintaining WordPress websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong and distinctive design sensibility, an ability to work independently and an interest in craft, technology, art, and education.

Required Skills
* Extensive experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
* Experience designing print and web materials.
* Bachelors degree in graphic design, art, or similar + significant professional experience.
* Familiarity with css, php, and creating/modifying WordPress themes a plus.
* Physical craft, art and design experience a plus.
* Other web development experience a plus.
* Electronics and programming experience a plus.
