sewable digital piano

Saturday – Sunday, April 7 – 8 2011
9:30am – 4pm both days

Open to middle and high school students
No previous experience with craft or electronics necessary

Work with fabric and electronics to make your very own musical instrument!  Create an instrument that’s any size, shape, and texture you want – be it flat or stuffed, squishy or floppy, round or rectangular; use your creativity to come up with your own playing method. Your own instrument will play a full octave, but we’ll program it so that you can hook it together with your friends’ instruments to automatically increase the range of notes!
