No previous experience with craft or electronics necessary
Work with fabric and electronics to experiment with an accelerometer! (An accelerometer is the device found in your phone that tracks its tilt and the directions and speed with which it moves.) Create a simple accelerometer patch using the LilyPad Arduino, and turn it into a pedometer, a gesture recognition glove, a sleep tracker, a computer input device, or more! Learn everything from basic electronics and circuits to how accelerometers work, what accelerometer data looks like, and how to use that data to create the things you want.
